d2ga fpk is most active in regards to north america, u can download my chars if u want (im sure others may have better but mine work fine in fpk imo)

just create an account on the site, dont even need an email

go to open bnet and type d2ga.net to join, no dl needed (u can play without an account but i dont recall if u can dl chars)

just join with each respective class and type the following to dl it, u will drop, rejoin and u have the char
