Some infos:
Paladin:
In 1v1s without a middle man
You should be able to use meditation to regen your mana.
As there would be no other way ...
There is not cap on resistances so salvation/other aura base resistances should be limited to 5% + aura or 1 sorb item with aura instead of 10% w/ aura being banned etc etc
Holy bolt banned for what ? Unless its team duels its useless.
Conviction banned ? So v/ts are no longer applicable ?
Gameplay:
By glitchs are you saying wsg/c-ts are banned ?
Necromancer:
Bonewall should be applicable but not overly used, It's a good defence vs barbs who can 1 hit any necro lol.
Decrepify should be bm at all times, Decrep + golem slow vs trapsins = Ias bps useless
2 Ravens is op, Necro can easily use 40cr boots hoto spirit res circ raven res ring trangs and cr charms in inven + torch/anni
Sorceress:
Doom will always be bm it reduces your cold resistance so much you will take massive damage if they use 20/20 armor and fathom and nw etc
Bmana charms should be banned, No1 can use them but super rich people. Rich>Poor shouldnt decide duels
Game:
No eth items ? Sorcs cant use eth eschutas, Should be rationalized to no eth armor without repair ^^
1 451 should be max psn charms
%Slow shouldnt matter unless someone intentionally makes a character like that which would get em banned either way.
My thoughts.
Conviction ban is based off same concept of lower resist ban. Just forcing people to add unneeded stack gear to their char. I’ve never used conviction on my v/t. It’s better to just get higher foh dmg imo.
Wsg/c/t is allowed obviously sorry shoulda clarified. That part is copied from marvels rules btw.
You want necs to just make a massive bone wall spam and sit in them bvn? 2 ravens with less than 250 res isn’t that much of a mitigator. Marvel’s rules he allows 310 res and 2 ravens.
I agree bmanas should be banned lol
My bad I will clarify on ethereal items allowed. Non melee eth weapons are allowed.
I say in the top portion that one 451 charm is allowed.
Thanks for the feedback
