SvS Rules:
These Rules have been Based on Standard D2GM rule set, they have been modified through trial and error to be as fair as physically possible for all duelists.

Third Party Programs:
No hacks. You will be banned from all ladders when caught if you use any kind of mod or hack.

Hybrid Runewords:
Hybrid runewords are allowed. (Spirit of Pheonix, ect)

Potions:
May use mana pots only.

Banned Skills/ Curses/ Items/ Classes/ Ect:
Pure Frozen Orb or any other defensive type of sorceress are not permitted (Infinity TS, ect)
ES Sorcs Are Not Permitted.
Snowclash is not allowed vs Cold.
Hot Spurs are not allowed vs Fire.
Mercenaries are not allowed.
Shrines are not allowed.
Pre buffing is not allowed.
Any item that adds a aura is not allowed. (Exceptions: Infinity and Phoenix)
No Slow missile or any skill / curse used by item charge is not allowed.
Enchant is not allowed.
No healing auras or otherwise.
No more than 10x life/resist small charms is allowed.
No more than 55 resist of any type can be achieved from charms. (excluding annihilus and torch.)
- Example 1: 10x 20life / 5all res = 50 res.
- Example 2: 5x 20life / 11 res = 55 res.

Other:
In any situation where both persons die from each other it is a draw and a null point, the score stays the same and they proceed with the duel.
The use of houses and walls is banned and considered being overly defensive this will result in a DQ if required.
Do not pre spam before Saying "Go", or "G" this will result in a DQ if required.
Start when both players say "Go", or "G".
Life Replenish is capped At 40.
Only one account is allowed on this ladder.
Duels are 1st to 5, and take place in Hell.

Resistances and Absorb:
You may only stack up to 450 cold resistance w/o raven, or 399 w/ raven.
You may not use absorb over 20% (You may only use one item of absorb.)
You may not obtain overall max resistance of over 85% OR 80/20 ( Dwarf/vex) (EXCEPTION Wisp/Lo is not allowed.)
You may use each type of absorb or max resistance at the same time. (example: tgod + infernostrides + ravenfrost.)

Resistances and Absorb Exceptions:
Wisp/Lo is not allowed.
Infinity/Phoenix is allowed.
Nightwing is not considered an absorb item.
TGod is considered a max resistance item, not an absorb item.
Vita vs Vita Duels: Both parties may use up to 10% maximum resistance or Vex/Dwarf.

Dodge rules & after match steps:
Dodge limit is 3 days. If defender does not reply in 3 days, the challenger will receive his spot. If you cannot complete his challenge at the time, please contact a mod and he will do his best to keep your position. If a defender or challenger does not state whether they're calling for a dodge or extension, the challenge will be nulled. There must be a post with a scheduled date and time when a duel would likely to be done. This will dictate dodge rule more appropriately. If either participant does not show up between the suggested time frame, it will be a dodge count or a null, unless the time is changed prior to the first scheduled time frame. IF either person does not show up between that time frame, the only person to show up will receive the spot. The user Must post in thread that he has arrived w/ a time stamp in game, and must also have another time stamp after the time limit is up in order to receive the spot.

Example - Stories challenges Scboi, after 1 day Stories post's that Scboi and Stories will duel on XX day between 11-12 PM. Stories does not show up, Scboi takes screen shot w/ time stamp when he enters game, and leaves game, showing proof he was there waiting. After losing a match u may not re-challenge the person you lost to for 12 hours however u may still challenge anyone else and anyone else may challenge them. The winner MUST post a screen-shot of 1 kill ( any kill on their opponent) with the time.

Posting Correct Screen shots:
You must post at least two screen shots of the duel. It is quite simple on how to take an s/s correctly the way it is needed so us mods can check if you use hacks.

1st s/s must have:
1. Game map up.
2. Your left side skills up.
3. Time stamp.

2nd s/s must have:
1. Game map up.
2. Your message log up with at LEAST 1 kill.
3. Same time stamp as first s/s.

Challenges:

When challenging on this ladder, post in the thread and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP.

Example:

Challenging #1 (The user has been PM'd.)

You may only challenge someone if there 1 or 2 spots ahead of you.

SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED YOU WILL BE WARNED ONCE AND THEN REMOVED MODERATORS DO HAVE THIS STICKIED

Should Also be noted that at this time locked/scammer users will not be able to duel in this ladder due to the lack of PM ability.

'what is the point of this ladder? basically to not allow legen to join on an es? the other ladder has 2x es sorcs...ones cold..................

Points is for vita only, its quite obvious, asked a few ppl, they said they were interested...
What was the point of this comment, if anything other then spam?

He can rejoin on a vita sorc ;)

kk, want to confirm with the others before posting the standings, are we going to go with the current standing, on the ladder, or start a new with sign up order?

once i finish the setups my es will be on svs, my vita will be here. my cvc will be on cvc.
