i vouch i was in game, he beat him 5-2 completely fair/gm but hatuey claimed one of the kills was due to him being "overly defensive" in a less than two minute duel

He dropped due to game glitch. You did the same thing earlier in the duels.

That was CLEARLY after the set and you were being NK'd for welching.
