i havnt dueled since the days there were no rules, you just joined a pvp game and went at it...
so with d2r prices being rock bottom, if a bunch of people just bought perfect gear now and held a tournament with no rules, what would happen?

also would everyone be the same class/build because of how OP it is or would there still be a variety of classes with a chance?
i know it comes down to how good the player is but lets say they all knew what they were doing

There’s several tournaments a week in D2R whether you mean LLD, melee, fpk, etc, and they all have a lot of rules.

A no rules BM tournament would be seen as a themed event more for fun and not serious.

Rules are there for a reason, they were designed to keep it balanced across all characters.

What you’re referring to is pub games, just step out in Moore and do whatever. I personally play gm in pubs, makes it way harder for me.

All you need is a atmas or gavel of pain on a smiter with some fcr and target slow and everyone is dead. And some open wounds for vs the sorc, ias vs necros etc.

One of them amp necros with that big black monster is terrifying aswell.
