King OF Zeal Tournament - Return of the Exiled

Tournament Shall begin on Saturday 4/1/2023 0900 EST

* A 20 minute dodge rule will take effect at 2100 EST (9PM) ~ 12 Hours after Brackets posted and dueling has begun. This will ensure active participants may advance.
IF necessary, the Semi-Finals and Finals may be conducted on Sunday 4/2 depending on time.

Utilizing the ruleset modeled after LOD USEast Melee and currently used on King of Zeal & D2R Softcore Melee Ladder, Posted below.

Set aside your Guild affiliation, Discord ties, and Beefs. Sign up with your Character and Country Represented for some Epic GM Duels in this Zealot Exclusive Tournament.

There is no Entry Fee for this tournament, However donations to the prize pool are appreciated.'

➜ Characters allowed to play this Tournament: Paladin - Zeal
➜ Bracket seeding will be Random.
➜ A match will be best 2/3 sets, first to 6 must win each set by 2 duels.
➜ You may change gear twice during a set and once between each set., Using a token mid-challenge is not allowed.

Prohibitions

- Do not commit acts of bad manner.
- Do not intentionally angle.
- Do not prebuff.
- Do not use poison.
- Do not use slow.
- Do not enchant.
- Do not smite.
- Do not charge.
- Do not jump.
- Do not pot.
- Do not run.
- Do not knockback.
- Do not use items or sages that emit auras which affect player vs. player (PVP) and cause physical and/or elemental damage.
- Do not emit the holy freeze aura.
- Do not cast item/torch charges.

Weapons - Rares/MagicsAny weapon with poison damage
Any weapon with more than 300 total elemental damage
Any weapon that casts an elemental skill over Level 5
Any weapon that casts amplify curses ( same with any armor )
Any weapon that is breakable without replenish durability / Zod rune.

Armors
Any armor that casts slow or elemental skill over Level 5 - Fortitude is excepted (Must clear Chilling armor after every match.)
Any ethereal armor with no repair mod or zod rune (breakable armor)

Special Mention
Starting Duel - Both must Shift/Attack (Swing to Go)

Miss-Clicking - Continue fighting
Glitched Strength - Auto DQ will result if you die and can't pick up gear
Chilling Armor - Must not be on prior to a duel, Referee to kill off surviving player with chilling armor

Holyshield - Do not cast holyshield prior to gear change. if casted hs and changed gear, Referee to kill off player and recast hs
Running into/during Duel - Point awarded to opponent

Draws- If neither player survives a walk back to town, counts as a draw. No point awarded to either player

Use OF Exile: Exile is GM against Paladin.

Shared rare items: Prohibited.
