After sucessfully securing myself a spirit monarch I realised with horror the lvl and str is miles away from my lvl 25 necro.

So help, what's out there as far as non pally sheilds go that are lvl 25 or lower and can have 4os? Coming as or with spirit runes a bonus , or Ort and Amn anyway, have the others.

Lowest 4 Socket Sheild is Monarch

You Could use A lidless Shield or Low Level Runewords like Ancients Pledge or Rhyme

can also use splendor (+1 skills, some fcr - needs 2 sockets -> works with necro shrunken shields)
