The fcr is useless for vlld(especially the lvl 9 bracket) ar is only 44/120 but the rep life is 4/5 and 2 str is max, I think mana goes up to 10(for lvl 9), so 6/10
4 useful stats for vlld and 2 of them are mid or low, not many people are playing vlld, they'd definitely want more than this ring offers I'm afraid.
