If I had to guess it's already been decided by the mod staff he will be refunding everyone, that is a just a given it all leads back to him, his respone of receiving it ingame solidifies it more, at this point I assume they are trying to figure out if hes telling the truth on his involment, weather his actions were malicous or a mere mistake as he suggests
