So you wear peace for critical strike. (Cs)
You max throwing mastery for mastery critical strike (mcs)
And you wear as much Deadly strike as possible (Ds)

Everything is calculated on missile creation, so you go to any wp and toss at a wall. And watch number go up. Or break.

would it replenish if you name the item at anya the way it would fix eth items?

I don't know if you can name throwing weapons. But it would murder item value..
