I don't have much time to write a longer explanation, but your javelin is worth 400 to 1000 fg max. Price depends on the "replenish quantity" speed, whether it's 1 per 10 or 20 seconds. You need to test with javazon, throw a few and time it.

This will make things worse. You only want to up them if they have high enhanced damage (300 to 450% roll), or 300 and fools mod
