i beginn lotro i am in edelion at the moment and locking where skorgrim died i go into the water and now i cant get back to the street, or anywehre is this a bugg have i to start all new now ?

No idea what you're talking about.

If it's an instance, just leave instance. If not, /stuck or map home. If quest, talk to whoever has a quest ring, but should still have leave instance option.
