There's like 8 places within 2 blocks of here through May-field Management all expensive, but then I'm close so don't need a truck to move shit & still right beside a park, pool, school, etc. Nice area.

The one I was going to look at is basically the ghetto; Chinese/black, lots of gang violence, shootings, stabbings, etc. And you know how good I am with Minorities & different cultures lol!!
