No but seriously idk if these are use in some other bracket, but no one uses 3os 24fhr lvl30 or under.

You have the choice of 80life vs 24fhr.

80life is almost 6x 15life scs while 24fhr is 5x 5fhr scs.

Way more useful to have 80life, especially since patch 2.4 fhr changes.

Even before I did not see anyone running these. That being said, I would rock a rare 24fhr 60life 2os with other good mods over an artisan squid.
