Definitely not. I’d imagine if LLD is viable at all in d2r it’s simply an East softcore Pc thing still. Consider making a legacy LLD for the price of a cd key + about a 500fg hdin or fb sorc to get you started

As someone who has pvped for maybe half an hour in the last twenty years of Diablo, will the mechanic changes matter? Since I'd be starting with D2R PvP

It wont matter to casuals

Id say make one, full duel games all the time on d2r.

Uninstalled D2R, keeping atm only true D2 with PD2 mod and collecting LLD gear on hardcore SP hoping for some Hamachi action

But there are always alternatives for pvp, imagine there exists a game where you can scalp your enemies of their pants
