You always could in legacy d2.. assume it’s likely the same. You need a high lvl character to get the lvl11 sacrifice charges to show up though

yes high lvl 94+ i have not seen one

I was hearing you needed 96 for 11 sac to show up in D2R. They do exist though, I have one. Didn't shop it myself though.

ty for the info i look for hour and did not see one at not a lvl 7,8,9 or 10

I shopped my 10 sac at act2 normal iirc
