9-30 is lld, yes.

Looks like a 3/6 mod circlet. 4/6 if you can tele in wolf/bear.

The FCR seems like a wasted mod, unless you can cast in shifted form now.

Not sure you would use that over a 3 fury 3os, or a 5 fury pelt.

What's the jewel in it?

okok good to know thought the 30frw 20fcr might give an edge
