Ok so I've been looking around and I think I wanna start doing low level duels but I have a couple more questions. What's the proper way to hell rush a character and keep their level down? Do I basically just need to get a classic rush then convert the character? Is it BM to do the anya quests from act 5 for the extra resist?

I’ve noticed that 85% of the responses here in the LLD sub-forum are spam. Careful a lot of these dudes have no life >.<
There are BM and GM tournies/duel sections. The rules can tend to differ from person to person, but in the tournies mostly are all pretty well balanced.
Get Grushed, get the least amount of exp possible, have a friend do all the stat/skill/Anya/life/socket quests for you immediately, and then level up to where you need to be. That’s how I always do it.
