Can anybody please tell me why some people say to use 20 max damage jewels on a level 18 LLD, when 15 happens to be the max? And it literally says 20 max damage, not 20 ED. Halp

To elaborate, items can have a prefix or suffix or both. Carbuncle is 5 max prefix and carnage is 15 max suffix.
