Is there any pros out there who can throw together a detailed updated version of all the most elite low level due builds that incorporate all of the current patched changes for D2:R Patch 2.4??? Or do the current patched ways not pose enough of a difference for this?

Step 1: Select Assassin at the campfire
Step 2: Level to 30
Step 3: Place at least 1 skill point into mindblast. More won't hurt. Traps are good too, but put em anywhere else you feel like. Its no problem.
Step 4: Use mindblast on your enemies. If you have other skills you can weave those in too while focusing on mindblasting, but it doesn't matter much, you'll eventually win or your enemy will Alt+F4 out in rage.

Step 4 equip insight and charge around
