The issue is the stats are REALLY FKN BAD even at lvl 18

upgrade formula:

5 + (highest lvl req among these: new base lvl req, highest stat lvl req, what its socketed with lvl req)

example: ancient armor > ornate plate

ancient armor rare has lvl 22 stats, upgrade will still have lvl 22 stats, but now lvl 25 base for ornate: lvl req = 30

ancient armor rare has lvl 26 stats, upgrade will still have lvl 26 stats, lvl 25 base for ornate is lower: lvl req = 31

ancient armor rare has lvl 22 stats, upgrade will still have lvl 22 stats, but now lvl 25 base for ornate, socketed with Shael rune (rlvl 29): lvl req = 34


ur spears to harpoon (25) = 30. and cant socket so no worries. low stats tho indeed
