my advice to you is to not put too much effort into building a LLD at first. most builds require a lot of rare & expensive gear. it'd be a shame for you to spend weeks/months building something that you end up hating.

that said, there are a handful of cheap builds you can make to see if you like the format. some of them are even really good, like a vita fireball sorc.

heres a short & budget vita fb guide:

(2900 dmg, 1k life, 450mana, 105fcr, 86fhr, max block)

other cheap builds: kicksin, hdin, fissure druid, charger.

Hdin, fb sorc, plague zon, fissure druid are all really cheap starter llds.
