last time I played lld was in LoD with an es fber that I got tired of cause it was so broken compared to everything else.

is vita blizz viable if played aggressively with blizz + ice blast telestomps? is it instalose vs es fb match-up? any recommended gear setup? would prefer not to go es because of difficulty getting scs and a general distaste for es in lld.

EHh problem is the ES setup doesn't require any skill sacrifices in gear.....

If you're considering it for d2r I'd say go for it stack gear is much harder to come by , and yes you will always be beat by fb

Assuming d2r it's gonna be real hard to come by a 5 blizz orb so basically 2 cold amu, magi, basic 2/20/2 , spirit, visc and a rhyme bs swap, soe , eth burns, cks, prevuff swap maybe a 3 ca / shiver insight staff

Mana /life scs

65fcr is all you need , since blizz is delayed .

1 point to telekinesis, super useful while namelocking pesky builds in-between blasts and blizz

Wouldn't recommend playing aggressively on a cold sorc they just don't punch like some others and you'll most likely loose in those exchanges, blizz is more of a try hard whittle people's life and will to duel for 10 minutes, they can smack if not stacked against though

That's at best lvl 14 CM.. -85% cold

Could be pretty strong in team as sum1 mentioned, stacking up 85 cold res on top of 75 seems pretty easy otherwise. 3 Thuls in a large shield is 120% CR. + Anyas and only 10% CR off capped.
