Is ctc amp banned on a bowa? I always thought it was bm, just want to double check as i cant find the rule list currently

please link the rules here if you find them I'm tracking topic want to know some stuff too.

From what I understand no, ctc amp is not banned(bm) on any character. The chance to hit is 5% which is more then fair, Zons with 4 bp(dps) would have a faster/better chance at activating amp.

The rules from lld to mld don't change much with the exception of a few characters and items.
