Added info: you can go to the act2-3 normal vendor and shop lvl9 blue magic vulpine bone shield of deflection (continually refresh the shop by running in and out of town), which is a bone shield with *20/30 block chance and damage to mana, (block&17fhr also good), then take it to Lazaruk quest for a 1-2 (50% chance) at 2 sockets.
