*Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere I can't seem to find it*

Trying to socket a 4os crown shield that currently has 65ed 110ar and am not sure what to put into it. I guess my questions are:

1) will an Ed/max jewel bug the shield? (20ed/15max)

2) will a plain Ed jewel bug the shield? (20ed)

3) will a plain max dmg jewel bug the shield? (15max)

ed + min or max will bug
ed will not bug
min and/or max will not bug

So it's just adding the combination that will bug it. How about a specific jewel I have that is 7ed/ 4-8 damage? Does this behave the same as an Ed/minormax jewel would

then its gonna bug both your min AND max dmg.
i think the only instance where you can use both and not have it bug on armor, is if you add your jewels to an armor with ed first, and then add jewels with min or max (but not ed). but tbh, i wouldnt toy with it. id just not bother with ed/min/max jewels in armor mate.

itll bug the ed and make it nonexistant. the way your advice read it seems like the max and min dmg wont work. which it still will. ed is the only thing from jewels that you ever have to worry about. not min/max jewels

EX: adding a 17ed/adds 4-7 jewel to you armor will add 4-7 to your armor but negate all of the ED
