You can up it once and use on a lvl 30.. people might complain about eth item with no repair, but as long as your not doing tournaments with it then it shouldn't really matter. Especially if it's your first build 😁

If you up it, you cannot socket it with any jewel/rune with a level requirement of lvl25 or higher. It will make the lvl req on the maul over lvl 30

Just so everyone is clear, this is on hardcore,
It’s godly on a lvl24 charger,
Not worth upping because at 27 you eth insight partizan which can have +6 crit on it.

This is supremely good, and is the number one tool for killing lvl21 zealers lol
