bare minimum is 10fcr and 70-90 mana
then comes in the luxury affixes: 5rep/9str/20life/5dex/20energy/5min dmg (1 of those is very good, 2 is godly)

but as a general rule, +skill is excessively important on casters, so sojs are prioritized on pretty much any form of casters. but if you absolutely need to get a fcr ring, BiS would be:

10 fcr 120ar 9 str 5 rep 90 mana 30 cold res would be decent. Could replace the ar with another res or the str with 20 life

ah, misread. thought he meant ar for res/hp.

barb or libby wouldnt want 2 res, they'd want the ar. windy would use 10/life/rep/mana/cold res, but with anyas working and vmagi as armor they wouldnt even need a second res really, just the cold stack. Can't remember if sins use fcr rings but if they did, again, I doubt they'd need double res either. but since they are the built-for-noobies class of d2r and don't need to worry about ar anyways, may as well just go with double res on em regardless lol

now all we need are these rings spawning en masse
