hey guys i feel really good about a fire sorc i've been working on but i'm looking for a little advice. i want to respec so i can dump my strength charms and replace with 15lifers but before i do i want to finalize my items. two main questions on items -

1. what mods should i be prioritizing in my belt? i need 24fhr to hit the bp and obviously want 60life but beyond that i'm not sure if i should be looking for res or life rep. or should i just use soe for the dr and get fhr with charms? i feel like i'd be losing out on a lot of life then
2. right now i have a 9dex/13@ jewel in my vmagi. am i better off replacing it with a pskull? or should i be looking for a better 9dex jewel? and if so what would you recommend for second and third mods?

Also hoping yall can give me some feedback on whether or not this build is tournament legal and if not, what i'd have to drop/change. wasn't able to join last night but want to be ready for the next one!

1. SoE > any belt. Nothing even comes close to soe at 30. Only alternative is a 10fcr/24fhr belt if you can't get the fcr elsewhere.
2. Depends what you need. pskull and shael can be good choices for vmagi. Your dex/all res jewel is fine too, but if you don't need that 13 res it's kind of a waste. Anya + 35 vmagi is already 65 all res so the last 10 is easy to make up.
If you need fhr remember a shael = 60 life in charms. P skull is good if you want the rep life, plus the mana regen is super useful as well.
