A typical robo 15ed ashwood (2 shaels & 3x 20ed 15max jewels) has 28 to 95 dmg. (base 0wsm)
your bow has 29 to 88 dmg AND 2 open sockets AND ctc amp. (base -10wsm)

so all in all, that rare would be strickly better in every sense than an ashwood, with the notable exception of the +3 bow from ashwood reducing the mana cost of GA.

Is a godly ashwood bow better?

it isnt a relevant question, really. we cant choose which rare will drop, we have to make do with whats available on our server. best we can do is compare what spawns with your current weapon/robos/existing rares.

for 0wsm bases, theres rune bow (24.5 avg) and ashwood (22.5 avg). i suspect 45ed and mana reduction from a +3 ashwood is better than the base 2avg dmg of a rune bow.
for -10wsm bases, best is double bow is at 18.5avg.
+10wsm bases arent worth looking at unless you get something nutty, but even then youd need to sacrifice a whole bunch of things to reach same fpa.

so it all depends on your setup and the sacrifice youre willing to reach best atk fpa.
