99% of the population does not identity magic barb helmets and 99.99% dont even glance at white ones.

holy shield should be able to spawn on weapons and ww should be able to spawn on helmets. yes they are rare mods but logically there is no reason for these to no longer spawn.
but yes i have not seen sight nor sound of either and this has been bandied about for weeks now. ultra rare / wider population not picking them up ? time will tell i guess.
