I'm not sure what LLD casters use but thought this amulet was pretty neat
I know it's lacking a lot of mana and skills but is this even close to being a keeper?

Yea as discussed via pm, you really want rare amulets for lvl 30, noting +2 skill tree cannot roll level 30 requirements when crafted. Rare amulets would look like this: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=85590692&f=276

however T4T on the x2 15/12 small charms.
