I don't really know lvl 9 but it doesn't seem horrible compared to some of the things people post here

yeah like mungered said, I would think this would be a lvl 9 lld shield. missing maybe dtm and I guess fhr but still looks nice imo. Just dunno if its something someone would be looking for.

nah the best temp is a 30/20/12% dtm/2 sock bone shield. rares can have 17 fhr and 5% ctc frost nova too

bone > kite due to reqs and superior blocking
