if I upp the barb helm to jawbone visor, will I need to care about socketing over 25 lvl req jewel?
Does the jewel also get +5 lvl req in upped rare items? I think this is happening with uniques, but not sure about rares

You would have to use a jewel unde lvl 25 req to stay lvl 30
