9/60/45 vs 10/76/21 average (it's 10% dmg (+multipliers) + 25% Increased AR (+Multipliers) Vs 25% charm health (A good portion of dmg comes from weapon, ar from angelics, controversially same could be said about health, (Alkor pots/stats/actual stats etc)

Seems debatable. Definitely not a filler in my book.

When you run into LLDs that have defense you'll need all the AR you can get.
