Hi. I'll get straight to the point. I need expert vlld help (level 9 dueler)

Recently I found this armor on google and have been trying to make something similar

Its ethereal with repair durability and 2 sockets. Amazing. I began thinking, I may be able to recreate this. Charsi Imbue quest sounds like a decent option to start.

So I began saving and buying every ethereal ancient armor I could and rushing a few characters so I had some imbues. And after about 5 armors Imbued, I noticed a pattern. Check this one out that I made:

Everything is amazing but Theres a problem.. Its level 13 required. The other 4 armors i imbued were either level 13 or level 12 required.

I understand that Charsi imbues at your level + 4, which may be the cause of this.

Now correct me if im wrong, but you MUST be level 8 to complete imbue quest, right? Ive tried completing it at level 5 with a bumper that hadn't completed it yet and the level 5 was not able to complete the quest.

So then how was this 1st armor achievable? Was it just a lucky low charsi imbue roll? Is there a way to imbue at level 5 that I dont know about? Should I continue to trying imbuing eth ancient armor at level 8?

If this armor is not able to be imbued, where would I go about looking for this armor to drop? Where is the lowest level location I can farm that drops ancient armor?
