thats the kind of jewel that would be bought for 10k fg by some duper and then sold at 1k each ><
the ar is unfortunate but its pretty much good enough for high-end pvp.

the ar comment is exactly what i told him, i also told him to sell to a HLD player, its not for MLD (noting MLD will be dead for a while, more so then LLD noting the MLD read across to HLD re: items and charms re: price).
