elemental dmg is very bad caus mdr bug exists.
its worthless for 30 dueling. dont know about lvl 18 or lvl 15.

Mdr is the least of this jewels problem , in the best case lightning damage can be used if other mods are good on soj wearing toons that also do physical damage, this jewel does not have good other mods so, no its charsi
