I literally just noticed there's a refresh button, in addition to when you buy an item, say a circlet, it doesn't disappear from the menu and you can just spam until inv full or gold is depleted.

This + auto gold pickup seems like good news for lld items. Whether or not the PVP is any good remains to be seen since I just started playing a few days ago, but I remain cautiously optimistic.

ya im making a gf barb for that reason. instant circs is an insane thing, same goes for hand scythes, etc.

and also the fact that gold is shared across characters from 3 full stashes. Don't need to farm gold, then xfer gold 2.5m at a time, then gamble on a lvl 46 (?) character. Very high QoL.

Another good point. I think GF barb will be by 2nd or 3rd high-level char. Depending on if I'll make the ol' hammerdong or not. It's probably better to make the barb now actually since enigma won't be in the picture anytime soon.

yeah, lots of QoL changes make it a very good character. on the other hand nothing sells on jsp, unless its paladin or sorc. i highly doubt i could sell a decent circlet here as everyone goes for shako. just my 2 cents.

honestly, now that you mention it, gf barb does sound like a cheap and very good thing to do for lld. infinite rare roll pool (ammy, circ, ring, harpoons, hand scythes, divines).
i remember reading years ago that nm trav yields the same exact amount of gold as hell trav. so you can literally wear diarrhea, and itd be good enough for fast runs


i think the idea is to find gear for ourselves, instead of doing a "for profit" character and selling on jsp.
even a basic 1 skill, 30frw, 2os circlet is very useable. thats not mentioning the trophy-worthy pieces we can find.

i get what you're saying, but i like to make profit. i love trading in general.

GF barb is also especially useful for keeping up with repair costs of tele staves.

oh another qol i just thought about:
because we have shared gold, we dont need to conastantly keep our duelers supplied with coins. just fill up the 3 stashes and youre set for life.
big for tournaments where several matches are played successively.

tried that with normal diablo, its not true.
i switched all my items to full eg- 3sox/80gf helm, lemed swords, full inv of eg charms etc and nightmare travi runs was giving 1/3 of hell travi gold.
they are faster ofc becouse councinl is weaker, but gold is much lower
