Eyo. Never been a gambler but have almost completed my goldfind barb. I plan on gambling high lvl circlets as well as some lld items.

Is there a specific strategy?

I've read that I will need to gamble on a character thats level 39-45 I'm order to get level 30 gear. There truth to this?

yes 39-45 is a good target for lvl 30 circs, rings, ammys, etc.

the specific level depends on what you're gambling for based on the mods u want.
