For what char? What build? Do you run a lot? Do you know how to conserve stamina?

I would guesstimate that 90% of necros do not use heal stamina boots but I would

30frw 10fhr 5dex/20mana 50% stam 40cr boots

i got a pair of
30/10/4dex/+20max stam/cr/lr atm. possibly.

it's not too needed unless glass cannon zon build. That being said, can't hurt to have and comes in useful once in a while whne being aggro stomped at the end of a duel
