What am I looking for when using rare amulets I have many PvP 30 and under with +skills and many stats

same as hld except lvl 30...

id even know what to loook for in any rare item O.00

in general

+1 skill: barb zon paladin
+ 2 tab: fire cold pcombat pnb trap ele barb mastery

mana
resist all/high single resist

life
rep life
str or dex or min dmg

caster often wants 10% fcr in lieu of str/dex etc

so 1k fg??

I'd say yes. Some people will be cheap and try to tell you it's trash just to lower the price though.
