is insight on swap allowed for fb sorc? build would only get Es from insight.

If you use es at all, insight is bm.

If you go pure vita with no es (even from items) you can es

Either 5es/chilling or 5es/shiver or both on one of you can and may or may not need 20 fcr on orb to maintain fcr bp on swap in case of wsg situations
5es/20fxr/3fb/3ca would be sweet

U can also use insight to cast es if thats ur only option but not to regen mana

100% idealy it would have teleport too. and get teleport on mainhand orb and not need to skill it, but i've never seen a sorc able to pull that off cause having both orbs together is a bitch.
