Is it with socketing with a Shael rune or two?

I use 1x shael to hit the fbr BP then 2x jewels

Would you say some ed/dex jewels for block or are 24max better?
Also as I will be having around 100str should I go for some rare battle boots and str bug them?

Edit: I also have a cutlass 30ias 152ed 2sox. Do I need 50ias or 70ias as I check on its calculator and it said anything more then 50 is not needed but most people’s build I have seen use 70ias
