Is lvl 30 the max cap for LLD and also is there a specific channel or place to go for this?

Never made one before but looking to try it out

There are a few dueling brackets under the LLD umbrella.

9 (vlld - very low level duels. These sometimes allow casters to be lvl 12)

18 duels (used to be popular on east, now probably the most popular on euro)

30 duels (most popular right now on east)

Then 31-49 is called mid level duels (MLD)
