looking for information about mdr and psn dmg


situation #1

1000 physical dmg
0 zero fire cold light dmg
and lets say 62psn dmg (7sec)

opponent got 28 mdr

is my physical dmg endangered?

situation #2

1000 physical dmg
0 zero fire cold light dmg
and lets say 62psn dmg (7sec)

opponent got 75% psn dmg reduction

is my physical dmg endangered?
