This is a new build to optimize the Warcry Barbarian by utilizing CTC, Max Block, and a Caster Club to increase survivability, damage, and FHR lock.

Helm: 5/5/x Warcry, BO, BC, CtC Frost Nova. Mods: Life. Socket: Jewel Res
Armor: Swap: Viper Magi l w/ Res Jewel or Twitchthroe w/ Dex/ DtM Jewel or God CTC Nova 2os Res BP w/ Res
Belt: No other option String... God say
Boots: Option.. Tri-Res +ctc or Infernostriders. I choose Inferno for flare
Rings: sojs again no other option
Amulet: best 10% CtC Hydra, 1 Barb, Life, Mana, Life Rep
Glove: Frost or Mages depending on desired FCR BP
Caster Wep: 2 Perfect Spirit Swords, eth for flare

Swap: Wep: 2os mod'd Cudgel of Fissure/Volcano w/ Dex Jewels
Shield: 2os CtC FHR Deflect w/ Dex

Stats to fill max Life

Skills: 1 Leap, 1 choice masteries, shouts, and Warcry +synergies.

Strategy: ... Pray

Use swap to enhance time. Leap and Warcry to stunlock. In a team fight, pray guard and splay

The CTC adds flavor. The damage is needed to PVP Melee and Ranged. It's optimal.
