These have been the reference rules for a long while in eu it seems.

Although there has not been any official tournament/ladder lately to confirm applicable rules, most ppl ingame agree on the below deviations from ferdia's rules:
- wsg is OK against sin (we get closer to East where wsg is allowed vs all I believe)
- tp barbs are accepted (at least my ladder one is^^)
- items with amp are okay in 1v1s (especially if playing sub-par builds such as smiter)

that will narrow down what to worry about lol. but either way if u dont NK or bm people no one will cry foul and will help u get into a GM build.

Player may not be skilled.

Ive been saying this for years in regards to mld lol. As soon as you allow tele on non sorc chars, zon no longer top dawgg
