Yeah dude sorry probably a dumb question lol I think got it cant max ww anyway I assume so went as many points in ww and maxed bo and rest in mastery

I've seen that way for skills, as well as one that focuses more on dropping to 1 point in ww to max out inc speed as well, taking from mastery or bo if needed. Going with only 1 point in ww you kinda need to have a lot of ed% jewels in your gear to make up for the damage loss, and I'm not sure if it would work well on HC where its about dumping as much damage as quickly as possible. But its something to keep in mind.

1.3k is lowish, but id have to see your gear to say what could be improved.

with Yari and guilli helm u should also see chunks fly on their HP from crushing blow.

a butchers clever, mosers 2x shael'd, and 1 pt axe mastery may also be nice for matchups where u need block. i know HC duels block isnt often used, but a charger might just eat your lunch.

1.3 is low, im hitting that at 30 with a robo naga, but obviously i have better charms and shit available. you might experiment with using an ed% armor instead of maxers since you have only 1 socket available in your guilliames, because at 30 it generally works out best with maxer armor and ed% in a 2-3 soc helm. mocking shit up on single player with hero editor is also a lot cheaper than buying this shit on realms, so keep that in mind.
