ya but from patch 1.08 tho

pp boots are good (mine wears them), and there's several good ammys. they just miss fcr if u need it. bitter holds are good on frw barbs, but most tele. and a few good belts are pp.

a few good pp weps, but none that can beat a rare eth-rep sadly.
